For 25 years we have been the most innovative firm specializing in the custom formulation and manufacturing of color cosmetics and skin care products. Our Los Angeles based sales & marketing team works with emerging and established cosmetics brands across the United States guiding clients through the product development process and providing marketing strategies, packaging concepts and sales tips.
We are looking for an expert sales and marketing account executive who is a smart, hard-working team player that knows the beauty industry inside and out. Your duties will include creating marketing materials for new products, sharing your knowledge of sales and marketing techniques with your team members, giving sales presentations to customers, employing sales strategies in an effort to meet and exceed your established sales goals, reporting your monthly sales to your supervisor and much more. You should come to us equipped with the knowledge and skills to hit the ground running and accomplish these tasks.

Sales Representative
Aware Products, L.L.C. is a leading consumer products manufacturer specializing in premium beauty and spa products. We are known for our integrity, reliability, quality, and product superiority. The corporate offices are located in Chatsworth, CA in the San Fernando Valley. We are looking for an energetic inside sales representative who is money motivated, enjoys seeking out new business, expanding market share, and has the ability to close sales. This position requires a very detailed-oriented self-starter who possesses account management skills and the ability to open new business. Because this position requires that special type of salesperson, we offer a very aggressive total compensation package which will consist of a generous base salary + bonuses/commissions and benefits. Realistic total compensation in year 1 could be $60,000+.Requirements:
- 2-5 years sales experience (preferably inside phone sales)
- Organized and detailed skills an absolute must for this position
- Must have hunter mentality to find new business
- Computer literate which includes the ability to type
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and Goldmine a plus

These position responsibilities include:
SeaCliff Beauty, Irvine CA - A small but fast paced laboratory offering innovative custom and stock formulas, has evolved successfully adding an onsite laboratory, manufacturing facility. Our team has an immediate opening for a Technical Color Formulator.- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Development, manufacturing and distribution of various color cosmetics
- Strong color development and matching abilities
- Assist company w/QC, Manufacturing guidelines/procedures, and Batch records
- Make decisions based on FDA guidelines
- Resolve formula/manufacturing issues as needed
- Lab Instrument Use - Ph, Viscometer, Stability ovens, Spectrometers, etc.
- Responsible for approving and releasing of batches for filling.
- Assist w/ Stability and compatibility testing
- Innovative w/ current Cosmetic Technology
- Ensure timely delivery of samples to customers
- 5+ years of experience
- Skin/Hair care experience and Entrepreneurial Skills is a Plus
