As a 15 year career Executive at Estee Lauder, our Speaker witnessed the transition of the skin and body care market from primarily Brick and Mortar sales through the explosive growth of the digital beauty sales platform. Instrumental in growing well-known mega-brands (La Mer, Estee Lauder and ELC Ventures), this native of Denmark recently made the leap from East Coast urban-dweller to West Coast beach-dweller and gained a new perspective on today’s consumer as well as the need for a change of-focus that goes beyond just face care.
Randi Christiansen is Co-Founder of Necessaire, a brand that was founded with the belief that personal care is self-care, and self-care is a necessity. Randi is a former Estee Lauder Executive with 15 years of experience in building and scaling brands across the portfolio (La Mer, Estee Lauder and ELC). A native of Denmark, Randi holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, and lives with her husband and three daughters in Manhattan Beach, California.
